It is with great excitement that we announce the completion of another phase of the Embassy Square Mall Faith-Based Community Redevelopment Project at 11th Street and 24th Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois. The vision to spur spiritual, social, and economic growth throughout the entire 11th Street corridor is coming to pass!

In our latest phase of the redevelopment project, we have partnered with the City of Rock Island and DHCU Community Credit Union. Both have been great to work with because each shows a strong commitment to community reinvestment. The DHCU Drive-up ATM will introduce and offer access to banking services for users of the 11th Street Corridor as well as the entire West End which has been traditionally under-served by major corporate and financial institutions.

Embassy Square is also home to Chopsticks House, I-wireless Mega Talk, House of Fire Ministries and the King’s Cupboard, a new community food pantry launched last year in partnership with Community Caring Conference and Midwest Food Bank. We hope to continue to develop strategic partnerships and alliances that will make our community a great place to live.
